Miburo's six-part report on over 2,000 accounts' large-scale, year-long, CCP-aligned disinformation campaign on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

Miburo Solutions recently released a six-part series exploring disinformation aligned with the Chinese government present on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube throughout 2021. Our team spent the last eleven months documenting and observing this multi-platform disinformation campaign from Spamouflage, a disinformation actor aligned with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

This six-part series explores Spamouflage’s denial genocide in Xinjiang, disinformation about the origins of the COVID-19 virus, criticism of U.S. support of Taiwan, attempts to denigrate Taiwan’s ruling party, and opposition to the U.S. Democracy Summit and diplomatic boycotts of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
